Ready to kick back into gear this weekend the Cancen Oil KWS Series presented by Goodyear will head for the Antioch Speedway on Saturday night. With that said “KWS Tonight” will be on the air with a fully loaded show this evening to get everyone ready for the 12th race of the 2012 season.

To view the show log onto http://www.kwssprints.com starting at 7pm pst on Thursday. It will then replay on the homepage to watch at your leisurely pleasure over the next week. You can also see the show directly on the “KWS Tonight” Vimeo page at http://vimeo.com/user10076991

We will have an in-studio guest this week with Rio Vista, California’s Danielle Simpson joining us to speak about her racing endeavors and also her life outside the cockpit. The driver of the DES Inc. No. 6up is the manager of Simpson Percheron’s in Rio Vista and we’ll get some words about her other passion outside of racing.

National Sprint Car Hall of Famer Jimmy Sills will also call in to talk about his first three starts this year with KWS and get his thoughts on Saturday’s event in Antioch. “The Professor” has been very fast at times and he will look to put it all together on Saturday while driving for Dan Simpson Racing.

Former Golden State champion Jason Statler is coming off his best finish of the year during the most recent KWS event and will also call to speak about that and the season up to this point. “The Big Guy” currently stands 12-markers out of sixth in the points and will be gunning for his first victory of the season on Saturday.

On the Goodyear Highlights this week we will re-live the inaugural King of the West event from April of last year, which saw current series point leader Jonathan Allard claim the win after an exciting duel with Kyle Larson. The Kaeding Performance Flashback will feature championship weekend 2002, as we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Tim Kaeding’s first state title.

Among other items we’ll also update everyone on the Northern Auto Racing Club Benevolent Fund’s donation to the family of David Tarter.

You won't want to miss the show this week, as we have a great one on deck. As always once again "KWS Tonight" will be available on the King of the West website to watch 24/7.
