Sibley County Stock Car Shootout
The Sibley County Stock Car Shootout scheduled for July 31, 2024 has been rescheduled for Wednesday, August 7th at 7:00 P.M. due to the rains that bombarded the track on the 31st. The IMCA sanctioned B&B Racing Chassis stock cars, Arlington State Bank Northern Sport Modifieds and Jack Pines Resort IMCA Hobby cars will all be in action! The event will pay $5000 to win to the Stock Car winner along with lap money, there are several random draws that will pay from $125-500 to lucky drivers courtesy of Justice Brothers, Evers Enterprises, B&B Racing Chassis, Arlington NAPA/Sunoco Fuel, Ken's Repair & Towing, Daktota Robinson Trucking, and QRS. There is also Hard Chargers in each class and a Hard Luck in the Stock Car class courtesy of Geib Well & Water and the last place finisher in each class will receive an extra $100 from Dave Place of Lafayette and Pizza Corner of Winthrop, longest tow in the stock cars will receive an extra $200 from Prairie Grill & Bar of Belle Plaine, the fastest heat lap in the stock cars will receive an extra $100 courtesy of My Race Pass. EZ Wash & Storage is giving an extra $250 to the 22nd place in memory of Jeff Feil. Luke Trebelhorn Farms is donating a Hoosier tire to the 16th place finisher and Dynamic Drivelines has a free driveshaft along with 5 certificates for $50 off a driveshaft. But that's not all Justice Brothers is also sponsoring the King of the Hill which will pay $500 to the winner. The Paul DeVlaeminck family is sponsoring $500 to the winner of a non-qualifier race. Mackenthun Racing paid for the 22nd driver's entry in memory of Jeff Feil.
Sport Modifieds will also have some random draws courtesy of Arlington NAPA/Sunoco and a King of the Hill sponsored by Chris Neisen & Sons Construction that will pay $500. Evers Enterprises also sponsored the extra $1000 to the feature winner and extra start money in this class.
There will be random draws in the hobby class also courtesy of Justice Brothers, Arlington NAPA/Sunoco and an extra $250 to the winner sponsored by Paul Manderfeld Trucking. Lots of extra cash and contingencies up for grabs; its sure to be a great event.
