NSA Series Returns to Castrol Raceway for Doubleheader This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – EDMONTON, Alberta, Canada (June 4, 2018) – The North-American Speed Association returns to action this weekend during a doubleheader at Castrol Raceway.

Ginga Ninja Dirt Promotions welcomes the NSA Series to the 3/8-mile oval on Friday and Saturday. It marks the second two-day show at the track this season.

Mother Nature claimed the season opener early in the A Main on May 25. Marc Duperron came out on top the following night and he enters this weekend ranked second in the championship standings to defending champion Casey Adams.

Kyle Evans is one points behind Duperron with 2016 NSA Series champion Kelly Miller only eight points out of second place. Sean MacDonell rounds out the top five in the championship standings.

This weekend marks the second of four doubleheaders at Castrol Raceway for the NSA Series, which will visit the oval for a two-day show in July as well as in August.

The front gates open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. this Friday. Everything is an hour earlier on Saturday.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old on Friday and $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old on Saturday. A $5 discount for Saturday’s event can be found online. Children ages 5-years-old and younger get in free both nights.
