TRASH CAR & ENDURO RULE UPDATE!!

Trash Cars & Enduro Cars will NOT be required to remove the windshields for these races.
Full rules can be found at www.cottagegrovespeedway.com under the driver info tab with all of the other class rules, they are also listed out below along with format and payout!
We are really looking forward to these 2 events on October 2nd and 3rd and hope that this rule change will help even more of you get your cars out here for a fun weekend!!

Enduro Race Rules:

1. 2wd only - front or rear wheel drive, no AWD (4x4’s allowed with front driveline removed)
   Street cars to 1/2 Pickups. (NO high-performance street cars or traction control allowed!)
   Race cars allowed including sport compact and street stock - no open wheel cars No SUV or Full-Size Pickups.
2. Highway Tires ONLY, dot approved, 9” max width (must run stock type wheel with above tire rule)
3. All cars subject to inspection and Cottage Grove Speedway reserves the right to claim any car entered for $3500
4. Must have working seat belts and have the following safety gear: long sleeves, pants, helmet, and gloves.
5. All glass must be removed with the exception of the windshield
6. Doors must latch
7. No reinforcement of frame.
8. Battery must be secured and tied down.
9. Must have working seat belts.

This will NOT be a bump to pass race!
Pill draw for start position.
Green and Red flags only. Upon a Red Flag, come to an immediate controlled stop and do not move or exit your vehicle unless otherwise directed by an official. Failure to obey will result in a penalty.
NO 2 WAY RADIOS ALLOWED

Gates will open at noon; all cars must be in the pit area no later than 1pm for a safety inspection prior to racing.
Best Looking Car Voting at 2:00pm followed by the 200 lap enduro.

$50 entry for car and driver - $10.00 Discount for drivers that register before September 29th.
$20 for extra driver
$15.00 Pit Pass
$5.00 General Admission
Transponder Rentals $15 (Mylaps AMB System)

Trash Car Rules:

Front Wheel Drive Cars/Mini Vans Only

Stock (3 Cylinder and/or 4 cylinder)
Mod V6 (Stock cars can run both)

1. All glass must be removed with the exception of the front windshield
2. All brake and turn lights must be removed.
3. Doors must be welded or chained shut
4. No reinforcement of frame
5. Battery must be secured and tied down
6. At minimum, one roll bar behind driver bolted with 4 nuts and bolts, top and bottom. (4 point and roll cages encouraged)
7. Must have working seat belts
8. Driver must have long sleeves, pants, helmet, and gloves.

Pill draw for heat race start position.
Double heat races will be ran and points will be awarded as follows
1st – 16; 2nd – 14; 3rd – 12; 4th – 10; 5th – 9; 6th – 8; 7th – 7; 8th – 6; 9th – 5; 10th – 4
A random invert will be drawn for main event line up from heat race point total
