Cottage Grove Speedway
LATE MODEL LOGGER'S CUP & MODIFIED G-60 CLASSIC INFO HERE!!
It's a big week here at Cottage Grove Speedway with the 360 Sprint Car Speedweek making it's CGS stop on Wednesday and then all the attention turns towards the biggest baddest weekend of the year for Late Models and Modifieds as we combined the Virgil Hanson Memorial Logger's Cup with the inaugural Frank Brewer Memorial Modified G-60 Classic!!
Big payouts, fun formats, and even a little twist are going to make this a don't miss for Late Models, Modifieds, and fans! If all that isn't enough to get you here we also have Street Stocks on the docket!

Please note all classes will run regular CG rules, IMCA for Modifieds. All cars are subject to tech by CG officials. CG Tech officials always have final say.
This will be the format used for both Special Event Classes on July 26th
Single Car Qualifying
Heat Races are straight up by qualifying with the exception of the fastest car in each heat starting in 4th.
The winner of each Heat Race and the Fastest Car that finishes high enough to qualify for the A Main make the Dash. If a car starts 4th and wins, they automatically start in the best position possible for the dash.
All other qualifying dash cars will random draw for dash starting spot.
B Main cars will be lined up off heat race finish heads up.
Remaining A Main cars are lined up off heat race finish heads up
Late Models will run a 42 lap main event
Modifieds will run 60 total laps for their main event, you will run 30 laps then return to the pits while the other classes run their main events. During this time you can make any adjustments needed to your car. Then you will return to the track for the final 30 laps of the main event.

All A Main starters (up to 20) will also receive a G-60 in honor of all of Frank's years as the tire guy here at Cottage Grove Speedway!
