Top-10 Finish at Crossville for Cameron

Cameron Weaver returned to the driver's seat for the first time in over a month on Friday night with a trip to Crossville (Tenn.) Speedway.

The American All-Star Series presented by PPM Racing Products event drew a field of 25 entries for the $2,500-to-win program. Cameron started his night by qualifying 10th fastest with a 13.602-second lap around the high-banked oval.

Starting and finishing second in his heat race positioned Cameron 10th on the starting grid for the feature.

Weaver went on to finish 10th in the Hey Jack Construction finale.
