World of Outlaws: Dollansky wins thriller at Deer Creek Speedway

SPRING VALLEY — Craig Dollansky left the top of the track one time all night.

His move to the low side of Deer Creek Speedway put an extra $4,500 in his pocket for his short trip home to Elk River.
