The weather was hot and so was the racing this week at Deer Creek Speedway. This week’s program was presented by Compeer Financial, Charlie’s Auto Repair and Old Dutch Foods.

The Dirt Doctor Trucking WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds started off the feature racing with their 18-lap race. The race got off to a rocky start with two cautions before the first lap could be completed.

Don Schaefer would jump off row one to take the lead with Josh Crary on the chase with Mitch Weiss close behind. Weiss would dart to second and Steven Amundson challenged Crary for third.

Weiss moved up to race Schaefer for the lead and took over on lap five. Scott Bintz was on the move and worked into the top five. Amundson got to third on lap seven. Weiss remained out front and started to work lap traffic, but a caution came out on lap 15.

That did not slow Weiss down when he cruised to his second win. The victory also qualified Weiss for the Race of Champions at the WISSOTA 100. Schaefer finished in second and Bintz made a late charge to third on the final lap. Amundson finished in fourth with Crary in the top five.

Zach Elward led the 15-car field to the green for the Adams Graphix WISSOTA Street Stock feature. There was a caution right off the bat but it didn’t take long for things to heat up.

Elward, Nick Schewbach, Dustin Doughty and Kory Adams wheeled for wide for the lead. Doughty and Adams then went at it up front while Braden Brauer cracked the top five. Another caution flag flew on lap two to calm things down.

On the start, Schwebach moved to second and Blake Adams got to fourth. Kory Adams worked the top side and rallied back by Schewbach to second and Blake Adams also got Schwebach for third. The top four ran tight with Doughty low and Adams high.

The races final caution came out on lap 15 to set up a three lap dash to the finish. The green came out and the top three ran close for the lead. Kory Adams gave it another shot on the top while Blake Adams tried to work low on Doughty.

Doughty held them off for his first Deer Creek win and he also qualified for the Race of Champion. Kory Adams was second with Blake Adams in third. Schwebach ended up fourth and Brauer was fifth at the checkered flag.

Dustin Kruse and Jim Chisholm had a great battle for the lead in the National Fleet Graphics USRA B-Mod feature. Nick Wagner was with the lead duo when the yellow flew on lap two.

On the restart, Wagner and Chisholm bumped when they came out of turn four. Wagner then spun in turn one to trigger the caution. Troy Hovey took off on the start and was up to second with Kruse in the lead. Hovey challenged Kruse with Chisholm close behind. ivermectin macrolide

On lap five the lead trio raced three wide with Hovey now in the lead. Brandon Maitland was also on the move from ninth and was on Chisholm for third. But another caution slowed the pace on lap six.

Chisholm drove to second on the start and took after Hovey. Kadden Kath was on the very top of the track and made up ground to the top five. Chisholm led lap seven but Hovey charged back after him on lap eight. At the end of lap eight they were dead even on the electronic scoring system.

Chisholm again snuck out front but another caution came out on lap 10 to close things tight again. Chisholm and Hovey renewed their race but things got wild behind them. Maitland, Kruse and Kath were three abreast for third with Kath taking the spot. A lap 13 yellow again slowed the pace of the race.

Things really got going on the start with Hovey, Maitland and Kath three wide behind Chisholm for second. dosis de ivermectina en niños con covid Maitland got to second and Kath still wheeled the top side and chased down Maitland for second.

Kath then got great runs off the corner and challenged Chisholm for the lead. Kath zoomed by on lap 16 and took his third win of the season and second in a row. Chisholm finished second with Maitland, Kruse and Hovey in the top five.

The Brauer Roofing WISSOTA Super Stocks would see their eighth different winner in ten shows this season. Schatney Sanders took off from row one to lead. Dexton Koch, Ryan Wiome and Andy Miskowic raced hard for second.

Sanders was checked out up front, but the caution erased his lead when Wiome got into Miskowic and they spun. Wiome was sent to the tail for the incident and Miskowic was able to continue in second.

The green flew and Sanders had his hands full when Miskowic and Koch made it three wide for the lead. Miskowic stole the lead on lap eight and Jeff Brauer stormed to second. A caution on lap 15 would tighten up the pack and give the field a shot at Miskowic.

Miskowic led the final five laps for his first Deer Creek win and also his first win since 2007. Miskowic is also now qualified for the Race of Champions as well. Brauer finished second with Neil Eckhart third. Koch would finish fourth and Sanders was fifth.

Joe Horgdal and Joel Alberts led the NAPA Auto Care Centers USRA Modifieds to the green for their 25-lap main. Horgdal led while Nate Wasmund got to second. Wasmund ran the low groove to the lead on lap two and Alberts was challenged by Jacob Bleess and Josh Angst for third.

Bleess moved to third on lap three and Angst worked Alberts for fourth. Brandon Davis started 11th and was in the race behind Alberts and Angst. Davis got by Alberts and then he and Angst were at it for fourth. Wasmund continued to lead and now Bleess was on Horgdal for second.

Going into turn three on lap 10, Bleess clipped Horgdal and they both spun. Davis narrlowly missed them and the caution came out. ivermectin dosage for dogs with demodectic mange Bleess was charged with the yellow and there was some pleasantries exchanged between the two when they exited the track with flat tires.

Wasmund led on the drop of the green flag, but Angst worked the top side to challenge. Angst would pull even with the leader out of the corners and it was a great race. Another caution came out on lap 13, but it didn’t slow the action at all.

Wasmund would not give up the low groove, Angst was right up against the wall and Davis wheeled in the middle. They were three wide on lap 16 and Angst was scored the leader on lap 17. Wasmund fired right back to challenged and led lap 20.

Davis then moved past Angst to second, but Angst got him back on lap 23. Wasmund took the win for his second of the season. Davis overtook Angst with one to go and finished second. Angst was third and Joe Ludemann had a nice late race charge to fourth with Darwyn Karau fifth.
