MIKE WHARTON GETS 3RD WIN IN CRATE MODELS

Rookie Cody Dawson led the first lap of the 15-lap Crate Model feature. Mike Wharton took the top spot on lap two with Matt Glanden following into second. Glanden held second until Dylan Evans took the spot on lap five.

 

Evans was able to keep Wharton in his site but was never able to mount a serious challenge for the lead. Wharton would drive to his third win of the year with Evans turning in a solid performance finishing in second. Joe Warren came on strong in the final laps to finish in the third spot with Clint Chalabala fourth and Chris Hitchens fifth. Fast time in qualifying was set by Warren.
