H.J. BUNTING TAKES MODIFIED KING OF KINGS

In the “King of Kings� ten lap shootout for the Big Block Modifieds it was H.J. Bunting grabbing the lead in the three wide start over front row drivers Brad Trice and Matt Jester. While Bunting opened a lead, Jester battled Trice for second.

With one lap to go, Trice spun to set up a one lap shootout. Jester made a bid for the lead going into the first turn but Bunting held off the challenge and drove to the win. Alan Bradley of Schaffer Oil presented Bunting with a $100 bonus in victory lane. Jester, Wilkins, Kenny Brightbill and Robert Dutton rounded out the top five.
