JORDAN WATSON GETS 7TH WIN AND 1ST CHAMPIONSHIP IN AC DELCO MODS

In the 15-lap AC Delco PSC Modified feature, Chad Clark started on the pole after setting fast time and benefiting from a zero inversion draw. Defending point champion, John Curtis jumped out on the outside cushion and took the lead from Clark on lap one.

At the halfway sign the top five were Curtis, Clark, Watson, Joe Tracy and Trent Willey. Watson moved up to the outside groove and dropped Clark to third on lap nine. Two laps later he pulled by Curtis and drove unchallenged to his seventh win of the year and his first point championship in the division.
