DWAYNE HECK WINS VINTAGE MAIN AT WIRE
The 12-lap Vintage Stock Car feature was a good one. Mark Williams jumped out to the early lead. Rod Schirmer held the second spot until Dwayne Heck got by just before halfway. In the closing laps Heck got by Williams on several occasions but Williams would stick to the bottom line and regain the lead each time. Coming off the final turn Heck pulled alongside and took the win by a bumper. Williams finished a disappointing second with Rob Schirmer third. Fourth went to C.J. Schirmer and Charlie Moore rounded out the top five. Vic Thomas was first Sportman finishing sixth.
