SPICER BROS. CONSTRUCTION TRUCKFEST 2018 COMING AUGUST 11

BREAKER - BREAKER 1-9, Looks like a Truck Show is coming to town. Saturday, August 11, one of the largest truck shows on the shore is coming to the Delaware International Speedway! The "SPICER BROS. CONSTRUCTION TRUCKFEST 2018" will feature 2 big shows all in one day! Spicer Bros. Construction of Salisbury is the official sponsor of TRUCKFEST 2018!

Fans can begin the day with the "Bo Daddy's Show Me The Shine" truck show will kick off the event. From Mild to Wild, From Mini's to Full Size Pick ups, Jeeps and Big Rigs, there will be some of the best looking trucks and jeeps from around the shore on display! Come check out all the rigs on display during the "Bo Daddy's Show Me The Shine." At 4:30, we will begin the awards ceremony as the Top 25 vehicles, Best In Show for Mini, Full Size Pick-up, Classic Pick-up, Street Rod Pick-up, Diesel Pick-up, Jeep and Big Rig will receive custom plaques from Bo Daddy's Diesel of Seaford. (plaques are produced by Landstone Photography) We will also recognize the People's Choice and Photographers Choice awards to end the awards program.

Enjoy live music from Nashville recording artist, Jimmy Charles, from 2:30 - 4:00 pm live on the Why Not Travel & Johnny's Tavern Stage. Mom and Dad, be sure to bring the kids (3-5 years of age) to the "Clayton Homes LiL Monster Mash" Power Wheels race. Children must bring their own power wheels to participate and winners will receive prizes and plaques. ATV and 4 Wheeler lovers, we have 4 Maryland riders and 4 Delaware riders to go head to head in the "Elliott Farms Quad Wars ATV races!" Back by popular demand, the Outten Bros Home Furnishing Tuff Truck Competition! Watch are locals try to tackle the monster coarse. Have some old parts to sell, set up in the Swap Meet area for only $40 (10X10 space). There will be several local businesses in the vendors midway, might be something you've been looking for, make sure to thank them for supporting this event!

Then, as the sun goes down on our little town, the night will turn into, Monster Fright Night Monster Truck Showdown! 8 Monster Trucks will battle out to be the Fright Night Champion! Come see local Monster Jam Superstar, "Flyin" Ryan Disharoon behind the wheel of the Saigon Shaker! Ryan will defend his 2017 Fright Night Championship against names like: Samson, Gun Slinger, Bad News Travels Fast, Hurricane Force, Storm Damage, War Machine and Full Boar! All these drivers will be trying to dethrone the champ! The Quad War and Tuff Trucks competition will take place during the Monster Fright Night event.

The gates will open at 2pm, truck show judging from 2:30 - 4pm, awards at 4:30pm. Jimmy Charles will be on stage from 2:30 - 4pm. Monster Truck Fan Meet & Greet 5pm - 6:30pm and Monster Fright Night begins at 7pm! After Show party from 10pm - 12 midnight featuring music by FORESAKEN.
Admission pricing: Adults $25, 65 & older $15, Juniors 9-15 $12 and Child 6-8 $8. Children 5 and under admitted free with a paying adult. All tickets will be sold at the gate the day of the event.
