Wild Finish for Blizzard Series

{nl}           Vickie Pollard, the mother of Super Late Model driver Bubba Pollard, was pacing behind the grandstands at Five Flags Speedway. There were four laps left with a restart looming.“I always sit by myself during a race,” she said. “I tend to grab people I don’t know.”     Her son was second behind 14-year-old Chase Elliott. On the restart, Elliott drifted high and Pollard ducked low to take the lead. Vickie Pollard grabbed the elbow of a bystander as she jumped up and down.
