Pollard, Kenseth, Hemric, Majeski & More at Derby Kickoff Party
The biggest stars in short track racing will be coming out to Tracy Goodson’s Beef O’Brady’s in Pensacola, Florida on Tuesday night for the 5th Annual Snowball Derby Kickoff Party.
This gathering serves as the beginning to a memorable 47th Annual Snowball Derby week for fans, competitors, race teams and officials. In fact, several of short track racing’s biggest stars will be there, including former All American 400 winner Ross Kenseth (son of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Matt Kenseth), 2015 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series rookie Daniel Hemric and former Snowball Derby winner Johanna Long.
Several champions will also be on hand to mingle with all those at Beef O’ Brady’s, including Bubba Pollard from the Southern Super Series, ARCA Midwest Tour titlist Ty Majeski, American-Canadian Tour kingpin Joey Polewarczyk Jr. and SRL Southwest Tour champ Derek Thorn.
There will be great food, beverages, specials, and much more. In fact, fans will be able to grab several door prizes from JEGS and Speed51.com.
The atmosphere will be electric as, for the first time ever, the party will be broadcasted live on Speed51.com’s 51 TV for free to anyone who cannot attend the event in person. Co-hosting the 51 TV program will be NASCAR TV commentator Bob Dillner.
“This will be a great party for everyone, and this includes those in attendance or watching from home on 51 TV’s live FREE broadcast,� said Dillner, who also owns Speed51.com. “In fact, I am going to challenge Bubba Pollard to a cornhole contest. If he is good at cornhole as he is at driving a racecar, I might get my butt beat. It’s going to be a great time at Tracy Goodson’s Beef O’Brady’s with some good friends and good food. The free live television broadcast of the Snowball Kickoff Party will run from 6:30-8:00pm CT on Tuesday night.
Fans are encouraged to attend the event in person, as they will have an opportunity to rub shoulders and talk with many of the drivers competing in the 47th Annual Snowball Derby and Allen Turner Hyundai Snowflake 100 this weekend.
This Beef O’ Brady’s is located in beautiful historic downtown Pensacola, at 22 W. Palafox St, just 15 minutes from Five Flags Speedway, the home of the Snowball Derby.
