51 to Provide In-Depth Coverage of Snowball Derby Preview
Officially, the Snowball Derby does not begin until December 1. But for many, their preparation for the biggest pavement short track race in the country will begin this Saturday, November 19 at Five Flags Speedway. The Snowball Preview will give racers a chance to dial in their cars for the Snowball Derby while racing for some extra cash, and Speed51.com will be on hand to bring race fans in-depth coverage of the event.
51’s coverage of the Snowball Preview will begin bright and early at 9 a.m. CT/10 a.m. ET with Trackside Now coverage presented by Beef O’Brady’s. From the time the first car hits the track at 9 a.m. to the final laps of the day at 7 p.m., Speed51.com will have you covered with up-to-date practice times, photos and more.
At 4 p.m. CT/5 p.m. ET, the three-hour dash for cash will begin with drivers in all divisions attempting to set the fastest lap during the three-hour session. Race fans will be able to watch the cars turning laps around the Pensacola, Florida half-mile oval by tuning into a free, live video stream from 4-7 p.m. CT.
The broadcast will be absolutely free to watch, with the only requirement being that you sign up for a free, basic membership on Speed51.com. You can do that today by clicking here.
