Five Flags Speedway
2019 Schedule includes ARCA Opener, Winged Sprints; ends with Snowball Derby
The 2019 Five Flags Speedway racing schedule is now posted, and we couldn’t be more excited about what lies ahead, kicking off with the Sweat Hogg Grand Prix on January 19th.
The return of the ARCA Racing Series on March 9th has been the talk since the announcement came in Kansas last October. Advance tickets and camping spots are currently on sale and the response has been phenomenal. This will serve as the biggest season opening event ever held at Five Flags Speedway.
Our every other Friday regular schedule will kick off on March 29th with Round #1 of the Deep South Cranes Blizzard Series. Then, on April 12, the highly anticipated return of the Winged Sprint Cars from Davy Hamilton’s King of the Wing National Sprint Car Series, will take to the banking with record breaking speeds. The Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series opens with Race #1 on April 26th, and of course, the absolute icing on the cake comes from the incredible racing to be held in the Faith Chapel Outlaw Division, along with the WCI Pro Trucks, the Dock of Pensacola Beach Sportsmen, and the Lloyd’s Glass Pure Stocks.
Additionally, the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour will make 3 stops here in 2019, including their Championship race at the Snowball Derby. Speaking of which, all roads once again lead to the 52nd Annual Snowball Derby, to be held December 4th thru 8th.
The Speedway will be a busy place in 2019, as quite a few events are being planned outside the normal racing schedule. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements…….
