RAIN WASHES OUT SATURDAY'S HOVIS RUSH LATE MODEL FLYNN'S TIRE/GUNTER'S HONEY TOUR EVENT AT GENESEE

(Batavia, NY)...Round two of the three-race Memorial Day weekend swing for the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply RUSH Dirt Late Model Flynn's Tire/Gunter's Honey Touring Series fell victim to Mother Nature on Saturday. Rain began late morning and continued until early evening at Genesee Speedway resulting in the fifth rainout in the first seven scheduled events.
Action will resume on Sunday as the Flynn's Tire/Gunter's Honey Touring Series makes its return to Tri-City Raceway in Franklin, Pa. for the first time in nearly six years. Pits open at 2 p.m. with the drivers meeting at 4:45, warmups at 5:15 followed by qualifying and racing.
