Kids Race Night - Results & Recap

An awesome night of racing for Kids Night at the Jamestown Speedway on Saturday night, July 18th. It was a great night of racing and some awesome prizes were given to our junior race fans. Thanks to all of the drivers and sponsors that donated items to be given to our junior fans. There were a lot of happy faces and excited kids this past Saturday at the Speedway. Also, a huge thanks to First Community Credit Union and Dakota Central for sponsoring the races and providing great services to our communities!

Once again, the Jamestown Speedway track prep crew knocked it out of the park. The track was in a great shape as it had multiple grooves and a lot of side by side battles with great racing. The racing surface has been back to the Jamestown that we know and love for the past three weeks. Great job to the track prep crew for their hard work in providing an awesome surface for the drivers. Also, Chuck Christ provided a lot of excitement as he drove though a trailer again to cap off the night! In total, we had 95 cars in the pits do battle on Saturday Night.

We hope all of the drivers had a great time and hope to see everyone back throughout the season.

Please join us next week for some more high-flying, action-packed racing on Jamestown's 1/4 mile high-bank oval. Next week Saturday, July 25th is the NOSA Sprint Car Special Night! Note: We are still working through classes that will be running and will provide an update tomorrow. The gates open at 5:30 pm and racing action begins at 7:00 pm. Hope to see everyone next week Saturday for some horsepower at the Jamestown Speedway!
