Stutsman County Fair & Retro Wednesday Racing Results & Recap

The Jamestown Speedway was back in action on Wednesday, June 12th for the start of the Stutsman County Fair and a Retro Wednesday Race Night. The weather was beautiful and overall, it was a great night to be back at the track for racing and in total, we had 94 cars in the pits to do battle.

Bombers/Pure Stocks - 17 Cars:

• Winner: Travis Edinger, Runner-Up: Kelly Hoerner
• Hard Charger: Erik Busche +7 (12th to 5th)

INEX Legends (Sponsored by Wright Insurance Agency) - 23 Cars:

• Winner: Preston Martin, Runner-Up: Gage Madler
• Hard Charger: Evan Hendrickson +13 (20th to 7th)

Wissota Midwest Modifieds (Sponsored by Gerdau Recycling) - 16 Cars:

• Hard Charger: Jaren Wibstad +5 (6th to 1st)

Once again, thank you to all of the drivers, fans, sponsors, and track personnel that came out to the show on Wednesday night. We really appreciate everyone's support at the Jamestown Speedway and we have to thank everyone for coming out. We hope all of the drivers had a great time and hope to see everyone back throughout the season.

Please join us next week for some more high-flying, action-packed racing on Jamestown's 1/4 mile high-bank oval. Next week Saturday, June 22nd is the 1st Stop of the Mary Vetter Hobby Stock Challenge Series at the Jamestown Speedway. The Hobby Stock drivers will be running with an increase purse and some contingency awards on Saturday night. It is also Kid's Night at the Speedway. All regular classes will be running on Saturday night. The grandstand gates open at 5:30 pm and racing action begins at 7:00 pm. Hope to see everyone next week Saturday for racing at the Jamestown Speedway!
