Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series vs. DIRTcar Summer Nationals on July 5th at Tri-State Speedway

SOMERSET, KENTUCKY (July 1, 2025)—The Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series fueled by VP will once again co-sanction with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals at Tri-State Speedway located in Haubstadt, Ind. on Saturday Night July 5th for a 40-lap $10,000-to-win event. In addition, the Summit Racing Equipment Modifieds will be in action racing for $1,500-to-win. This event is being presented by Ted Brown’s Quality Paint and Body Shop.

During last year’s series co-sanction at the Tommy Helfrich-promoted track, Tyler Erb of New Waverly, Texas scored the victory over Tanner English, Rodney Melvin, Dillon McCowan & eventual 2024 champion Rusty Schlenk. Ryan Missler, Chad Finley, Daniel Adam, Dylan Thompson & Carson Brown rounded out the top-ten.

On Saturday July 5th at Tri-State Speedway, the pit gates will open at 4:00 pm, the drivers meeting is slated for 6:00 pm and hot laps/qualifying will begin at 6:30 pm. All times are Central. Adult general admission is $35 while adult pit passes are $40.

The Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series Fueled by VP and DIRTcar Summer Nationals will co-sanction the Super Late Model portion of the event (all DIRTcar Summer Nationals Series rules and procedures apply) and the tire rule will be as follows: Fronts and Left Rear: Hoosier NLMT 2; Right Rear: Hoosier NLMT 2, NLMT 3, and NLMT 4. There is NO entry fee for this event (driver must be a DIRTcar member) and transponders for timing/scoring will be available for rent at the track.
