Golf Carts, ATVs, Motorized Scooters Policy Update at Port Royal Speedway and Juniata County Fairgrounds
Effective immediately – due to ongoing incidents with poor operation and misuse of golf carts, ATVs, motorized scooters and similar motorized vehicles, only golf carts are permitted on JCAS property.
All golf carts must be operated by licensed drivers and registered with the speedway office. If incidents continue, banning of golf carts could occur.
For fair week (August 31 – Sept 7), including the fair week races – no golf carts, ATVs, motorized scooters or similar motorized vehicles will be permitted anywhere on JCAS property; please note, this includes the camping area.
Handicapped mobility scooters are permitted. This policy does not apply to push vehicles used exclusively within the confines of the pit area, and official JCAS-approved vehicles.
