Ryan Keeps Building Momentum With Top Ten At Wayne County
ORRVILLE, Ohio (June 27, 2023) Set for two, but setting for one as races at Hilltop Speedway on Friday, June 23 fell to rain at the last minute, the MAR Motorsports team wheeled into Wayne County Speedway on Saturday, June 24.
Of the weekend, Ryan posted to Facebook saying, "We are fast everywhere we go right now just gotta keep digging."
Starting off fifth quick in Qualifying, Jordaan Ryan grabbed a runner-up finish in his Heat Race. Gridding the field 11th for the A-Feature, Ryan had maneuvered up to fifth, but a failing right rear would just make it to the finish but cost him track positions.
Still able to grab a seventh-place finish out of it, improving his season record to a half-dozen top-ten finishes in 14 starts.
