Randy Martin Wins at Lake Ozark Speedway in POWRi LOS 305 Sprints
Belleville, IL. (9/4/22) Randy Martin would surge to the front of the pack Sunday Night with the POWRi LOS Wray’s Lawn and Landscaping 305 Sprint Division gaining his second divisional feature win of the season in the Honest Abe’s Home Service LOS Chase for the Championship at Lake Ozark Speedway.
Starting the night off strong would find Lane Warner and Kenny Potter each earning heat racing victories as Gage Montgomery would earn the night’s high point qualifier away to earn a front-row grid for the feature event.
Launching on the initial green flag would find pole-sitter Gage Mongomery battle front-row companion Kenny Potter into the first pair of corners with the pole-starting Mongomery taking the racing advantage as the field maneuvered for position behind the leader.
Earning his seventh career victory at Lake Ozark Speedway, Randy Martin would outduel Gage Montgomery that finished runner-up as Mike Trent claimed the final podium placement in an instant classic of competition.
Finishing fourth, hard-charger Matt Fair would edge Kenny Potter at the line leaving Potter to round out the top-five finishers for the POWRi LOS Wray’s Lawn and Landscaping 305 Sprint Division feature event for Night Two of the Fall Sprint and Midget Nationals.
