Bonus Money For 360 Sprints

Photo by Steven Cox [sprintcarphotos.com][/caption]CHICO, CA (4-26-11) -Â Starting this Friday night and continuing through the month of May the Silver Dollar Speedway will offer bonus money to the top three drivers using a 360 cubic inch motor during one of Friday Night Wells Fargo Point Championship main events. With two Hoosier Tire Civil War Series races scheduled in the month of May at the speedway this will give an opportunity to teams to come out and race on the Friday nights to help prepare for the "Wars of May."
The speedway will offer $300.00 to the highest finishing 360 in the main event, $200 to the second highest and $100 to the third highest 360 driver in the main event.
The two Civil War races at the speedway are scheduled for Friday night, May 14, and Sunday night May 29. There will be three nights of opportunity for these 360 teams to take advantage of the bonus money. These dates include this Friday night, April 29, May 6th and May 20th.
Pit gate will open at 4 pm. Front grandstand gate opens at 6 pm. Sprint car qualifying is slated to start at 6:30 pm with a full gauntlet of racing for all divisions to follow.
Adult general admission into the spectator side of the main grandstand is $12.00 while junior and seniors is $10.00. Children prices are $6.00.
