CHICO, CA (4-27-16) - Silver Dollar Speedway will once again host the Northern California Auto Racing Alumni (NCARA) Hall of Fame Inductions and Barbeque on Saturday, April 30, inside the garden court area on the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds. The gathering of inductee's and fans will start at 11:30 AM with lunch being served around noon. The presentations will begin at 1 PM.This year's Hall of Fame class will include Rick Reeves, Mike Compton Sr., John McHenry and Jerry Wright. Racers time has forgotten but not the Hall of Fame committee include Jim "Bones" Beeler and Dave Jhan. This year's Founders Cup will be presented to Bill Able.

The NCARA will host a silent auction between 11:00 Am and 1 PM. Auto racing memorabilia that has been collected from drivers for his auction include Kyle Larson, Willie Croft, Andy Forsberg, Bobby McMahan, Brad Sweet, Sean Becker, Mason Moore, Andy Gregg and Brad Bumgarner.

After the Hall of Fame and BBQ, it is hoped that many people stick around for the 26th Dave Bradway Jr. Memorial held that night at Silver Dollar Speedway. The best 410 sprint car drivers in California will converge at the famed quarter-mile speedway in hopes of winning it big. The feature event is 40 laps and over $7,000 could be on the line for one lucky driver.
