ARMED FORCES NIGHT - SAT. JUNE 29

BACK TO BACK 410 WEEKENDS!
The KarMART CJDR 410’s celebrate Armed Forces Night!

After an exciting weekend for the 52nd Annual Jim Raper Memorial Super Dirt Cup, the KarMart 410 Sprint Cars are back again for another fun-filled weekend this Saturday, June 29th, for Armed Forces Night -- members of the Armed Forces get in for just $5. The Sportsman Sprint Cars and the Hornets are joining the 410 Sprint Cars this weekend.

After 40-plus Sprint Cars took to Skagit Speedway last weekend, June 20-22, the 900 horse-powered machines are back this weekend. Trey Starks has won the previous two weekly 410 races last dating back to June 1st, giving him three total 410 wins at Skagit Speedway this year. Diving into the weekly points battle, Starks leads over Jason Solwold, who has moved into second place ahead of Colby Thornhill, who's in third, and Robbie Price, who has dropped to fourth.

Solwold was the highest finishing local driver on Saturday night of Dirt Cup finishing sixth. Thornhill finished seventh and Jesse Schlotfeldt rounded out the top ten, Starks finished 11th.

The last time the Sportsman Sprint Cars hit the track at Skagit Speedway, Levi Hillier became the fifth different driver to win a feature through five races this season. The win was Hillier's first at Skagit Speedway. The 14-year-old made the pass for the lead on lap 18 of the feature and went on to lead the rest of the 25-lap race. In three features contested in the Sportsman Sprint Division for Hillier, he has finished in the top five every time. Kai Dixon leads the championship points battle over Alden Ostrom and Jayden Whitney.

Through only two races at Skagit Speedway in the Hornets Division, Brian Michelson is a perfect two for two. They last hit the track on June 1st, during College and Kids Night. Michelson worked his way to the front from the 18th starting position in the feature. Those two wins have helped Michelson to the points lead as well. He leads over Colin Sims and Scott Henry.
