WRS Late Model Lites Headed To Willamette

Lebanon, Oregon- While championships will be decided at Willamette Speedway on Saturday September 28th the WRS Late Model Lites will also be on the card. It will be the first and only time the organization will visit the historic 1/3-mile clay oval in 2013 and is inviting ALL 4-cylinder powered race cars to join in and take part of the $5000 in cash and contingency prizes on hand for the year end finale. Prizes include products from Gumout as well as Royal Purple, Odyssey Battery, and Esslinger. Prizes will be dished out for main event finishes as well as during the heat race and trophy dash (see full list below).
Pit gates on Saturday will open at 1:00 PM, front gates 3:30 PM, and racing should be getting started around 6:00 PM. Admission prices are Adults $14.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $12.00, Youths (12 and Under) $6.00, Family Pass (Two Adults and Up To Four Youths) $35.00, and Pit Passes are $25.00.
The Willamette Speedway has operated since the 1960’s and is a facility where high car counts and great racing are the norm. The venue will hosts weekly action comprising of DIRTcar Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, Sportsman, Super Sports, Street Stocks, and Mini Trucks.
