RACE OF CHAMPIONS AND LAKE ERIE SPEEDWAY ANNOUNCE DATES FOR RACE OF CHAMPIONS WEEKEND THROUGH THE 2024 SEASON

Race of Champions and Lake Erie Speedway management have agreed to and are announcing the dates for Race of Champions Weekend through the 2024 race season.

Race of Champions Weekend will take place at Lake Erie Speedway in North East, Pa., on the following dates;

Ø September 23, 24 and 25, 2022

Ø September 22, 23 and 24, 2023

Ø September 27, 28 and 29, 2024

“We have been working on delivering this information and wanted to get it out there,” stated Joe Skotnicki, Race of Champions. “Besides being able to mark these important dates on your calendar, this shows everyone our continued commitment to continuing one of the great traditions of our sport.”

Presque Isle Downs & Casino Race of Champions Weekend takes place this year on September 24, 25 with the running of the 71st Race of Champions 250 on Sunday, September 26, 2021.

Tickets are already on sale for the 71st edition of the Race of Champions in 2021 while tickets for the 2022 edition will go on sale Sunday, September 26, 2021, so fans may renew their tickets at the speedway that day.

Tickets may be purchased for Presque Isle Downs & Casino Race of Champions Weekend at www.lakeeriespeedway.com.

The Race of Champions is a sanctioning body presenting Modified and Stock Car racing on asphalt and dirt surfaces throughout the Northeast, with events in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey with primary marketing partners Hoosier Racing Tire, VP Racing Fuels, FX Caprara, Waddell Communications, Image X Graphic Design, Sherwood Racing Wheels, Printed Image of Buffalo, DirtTrackDigest.com and Billy Whittaker Ford. The 71st annual Race of Champions weekend will take place in 2020 at Lake Erie Speedway in North East, Pennsylvania and is the second longest consecutive auto-racing event in North America, second only to the Indianapolis 500.
