Hornets Buzzig for extra money this Friday.
The Sing Rental Hornets have really picked up the pace in 2018 with growing car counts, exciting racing action and a never give-up attitude. The Hornets will be racing for $222 to win in this front wheel drive class. Both 4 cylinders and 6 cylinders are allowed to compete. Out of 4 features so far this season, the class has featured 3 different winners and also has 4 ladies on the driver roster. Only Ricky ":White Lightning" Reynolds has won 2 features as his winning streak came to a halt last week. For this race, The Hornets will open draw, using The Passing points system and the top 8 passing point cars will redraw for starting spots. Last week's winner does not have to start in the 11 spot due to the extra money being offered. For all other classes line-up procedures will be normal.
Jackson on a roll-Lebanon's Kris Jackson has won 3 of 4 features so far, but holds a narrow point lead over Sam Petty. Jackson has been having to come from the rear of the field and has really had to earn his keep. Last week, Jackson started 9th, spun early and then had to work hard to pass leader Sam Petty for a late race win in the head-lining class.
Gates open at 5PM with Hot laps at 7PM. Draw cut-off is 7:30 and Racing at 8PM.
