Myers Ready To Tackle 2019 USRA B Modified Season With New Ride
By Ronnie Williams (Lebanon, MO) -- Lebanon's Brian Myers had a solid season last year at the Lebanon Midway Speedway finishing 4th in The U-Pull It Auto Parts USRA B Modifieds on Friday Nights. Racing week after week against the likes of National Champion Kris Jackson, Track Champion Sam Petty, Tyler Knudtson, Tyler Brown, Donnie Jackson and a host of other hard chargers it was no easy task.
During the Fall season at a Special event, Myers totaled his Martin's 1-Stop/Show 16M while challenging for position during his 2nd round of heat races after winning his 1st round.
It left the team very busy during the off-season and Myers is ready to roll with his New Car to debut Friday night At Midway for The Spring Fling paying $500 to win as the track points will start that evening.
Myers will be competing with a New Car with hardly any laps of it.
Myers has captured The Best Appearing car award for the last 2 seasons presented by track photographer Shonda Grindstaff.
"We have put a lot of work and Tony Jackson at TJR Racing in Lebanon has been busy getting everyone's cars ready. I think this might be the best car I have ever had in The B Mod Class. I can't wait to roll it out Friday night.
The wrap was getting ready to placed on it and Brian wanted it to be a surprise to everyone when it hits the track for the 1st race of 2019.
