2019 Race Season at the Murray County Speedway.

As the Speedway finalizes it's plan for the start of the 27th season, many specials events are bring some special attention to the Speedway. Opening night of the season, is on Friday May 17th, with the Pizza Ranch of Slayton as our sponsor. On June 14th, the first of three occasions of the IMCA 305 Racesaver Sprint Cars will be at the track. The ever popular "Salute to Ag" Night will be on June 28th, with FREE admission to the grandstand. This year's Hall of Fame induction on July 19th, will bring two special drivers into the honor of the Speedway. Also on this night, will be the 3rd Swede Anderson $1,000 to win, Modified Shoot-out. The Dominic Bruns Memorial Stock Car Race will return on August 9th, which is also Kid's Night. The first Gary Muecke Memorial Modified Race will be held on the Friday night of the Murray County Fair on August 16th. The Speedway will also be hosting two Enduro Races on June 1st and August 17th.

Racing every Friday night except on July 12th. Hotlaps at 7:15pm with racing beginning at 7:30pm. Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, students age 11 to 17 is $8 and kids age 10 and under are FREE.
