Spring Fling Championship Night

Hoss, TULSA, Okla. (April 2, 2022) – A complete 180 in the weather for night 2 of the Spring Fling Championship night. While mother nature tried her best to put a halt to prelim night, the quick response by the Port City Raceway track prep crew would be victorious in completing the opening night that saw 183 entries battle around the 1/8 mile bullring. With 4 drivers in each class locking into the championship features there is still plenty of room left as teams prepare for another night of racing. Those drivers locking into the A features would be Mattox McBride, Ryker Griggs, Brody Stewart, and Jaxon Nail in the McLaughlin Mortgage Team Jr Sprints. Kris Carroll, Frank Flud, Layden Pearson, and Ryder Laplante in the K&B Racing A-Class. Cart Sauer, Cooper Williams, Chase McDougal, and Lathe Griggs in the Whitacre Glass Restrictors. Kris Carroll, Chris Cochran, Trey Marcham, and Jake Nail in the Dragonfly Aviation Non-Wing class. Justin Simpson, Bobby McIntosh, Darren Stewart, and Dave Nicholson in the Storm Roofing & Construction Sportsman class. Frank Flud, Baron Silva, Kris Carroll, and Cole Roberts in the Rayce Rudeen Foundation Outlaws. All other competitors will qualify, and run heat races to find 2 more drivers per class to take part in the re-draw to determine the front 3 rows of the nights A-features. If you can’t make it to the track you can watch live on floracing.com starting at 6:10 pm.
