Port City Raceway – Spring Fling: April 5-6 Recap
Tulsa, OK. (4/7/24) Showcasing a one-two shot of weekend open-wheel racing, Port City Raceway would host the annual Spring Fling with weekly divisions contending in preliminary night action on Friday, April 5th, leading into Championship Night on Saturday, April 6th.
Signifying a resolute entry list of one-hundred-twenty-six competitors on Preliminary Night racing throughout the five classes of competition on Friday, Port City Raceway feature winners would include Ryker Jones in Junior Sprints, Brad Best in Sportsman, Kyle Hooper in Restrictor, Kris Carroll in A-Class, and Blake Battles in Non-Wing.
Highlighting outstanding trackside battles before the rainstorms washed out a trio of features as an adding entry count to one-hundred-forty competitors filed in for the five weekly divisions of racing for Championship Night of the Spring Fling, Port City Raceway feature winners would include Ryker Jones sweeping the weekend in Junior Sprints, Brian Potter in Sportsman, and Cody Barnes in A-Class before the weather shortened program.
