Points racing resumes with Joe’s Hand Cleaner Night at the Races
After a weekend off the weekly warriors of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series will return to Salina Highbanks Speedway for a full docket of racing on Saturday, July 29th. The points season is quickly winding to a close with just seven races remaining for Pure Stocks, six left for B-Mods and Super Stocks, and a final five race stretch for the Modifieds. The weekend’s action is brought to fans and drivers by Joe’s Hand Cleaner. Joe’s Kleen Products will be set up in the display space in the main grandstands. Additionally, drivers will be racing for added money in both the Pure Stock and Super Stock divisions. Tommy Cantwell has placed $250 back in the purse for positions 11th-20th in the Pure Stock A-Main, while Dilbeck Racing Products has upped the ante for the Super Stocks. The Super Stock A-Main will pay an additional $200 to win, $100 for second, and $50 for third.
Grandstand gates open at 5 and racing begins at 7. General admission is $10 for adults and seniors with kids 6-12 getting in for $5. Children 5 and under are free.
