“Shadyhill Speedway to Host Badger Finale on Saturday”

September 15, 2021, Sun Prairie, WI-- The Badger Midget Auto Racing Association returns to the state of Indiana, Saturday, September 18, after a two-decade hiatus. The 2021 season finale will be held at Shady Hill Speedway in Medaryville, IN which will host its first-ever Badger Midget Series event.

The ¼ mile semi-banked clay oval located in northwest Indiana is set to provide a fantastic event filled with side-by-side wheel-to-wheel racing action. Joining the Badger Midgets will be the Shady Hill Modified and Bomber classes.

Several drivers will be searching for their first victory of the season including Zach Boden, and Lamont Critchett. Critchett, a resident of Demotte, IN, currently sits third in the 2021 series standings. Kurt Mayhew, also a resident of Demotte, IN, earned a victory at Tomahawk Speedway in Wisconsin earlier in the season and looks to capture his second victory in his home state.

Pit gates open at 3:00 pm EST with spectator gates opening at 4:00 pm EST. Hot laps begin at 6:00 pm EST with racing to follow.
