BAPS & SprintCarUnlimited.tv Announce 2023 PPV Schedule
YORK HAVEN, Pa.: BAPS Motor Speedway Owner Scott Gobrecht and General Manager Kolten Gouse understand the importance of streaming and Pay-Per-View for racetracks around the country.
Like other speedways, the York Haven facility depends on fans coming through the gate and sitting in the stands. But it’s also important to have a broadcast service bring the intense action to fans across the country.
For the third year in a row, BAPS Motor Speedway has signed on with SprintCarUnlimited.TV presented by DirtTrackDigest.TV. The Pay-Per-View outlet will broadcast 10 Sprint Car events and the season opener on March 18, which features the Modifieds.
“We are excited to sign SprintCarUnlimited.TV and DirtTrackDigest.TV for another season,” Gouse said. “There has been lot of talk about streaming over the last year, but we feel the Pay-Per-View model best suits the needs of BAPS Motor Speedway.
“The schedule has changed slightly this year, and we added more Sprint Car and Modified programs. We feel the SprintCarUnlimited.TV platform is the best way for us to bring our product to fans across the country.”
The Modifieds join the Super Sportsman and Legends on March 18. All of the action for that event can be seen at www.dirttrackdigest.tv. From there, the rest of the schedule switches over to www.sprintcarunlimited.tv.
The first 410 Sprint Car event takes place on Acme Co. March Sprint Madness on March 26. It’s an event that also features the 358 Sprints, who will compete in their first race of the season in central Pennsylvania on that date.
Other big events include an April 30 410 Sprints and Modifieds program, Pennsylvania Speedweek on June 25, the Kevin Gobrecht Classic worth $10,000-to-win on September 23, and the Final Showdown presented by FK Rod Ends on November 11.
“We are honored to be a part of BAPS Motor Speedway again in 2023,” said Jeremy Elliott, co-owner of SprintCarUnlimited.TV. “The speedway has some of the best racing in Central Pa., and we look forward to broadcasting 10 Sprint Car events this season.
“Our goal is to build a long relationship with our racetracks and the events we have on our platform. We will keep improving on our product and hope to bring quality broadcasts to fans for years to come.”
