Help Wanted - Customer Experience Patrol
Tri-City Motor Speedway is seeking a friendly, dependable and detail-orientated individual for Friday evenings from 5pm-12am (hours may vary). Customer Experience Patrol provides assistance to TCMS fans & drivers in the parking lots by providing rides, ensures cars are parking correctly in the parking lots and keeping people safe and out of restricted areas. Customer Experience Patrol reports any issues to TCMS security or local law officials. Note: This position requires that you have your own cart that can transport at least one individual, has head lights and can go at least 20 MPH. You will be compensated for your time, using your own equipment and fuel is provided.
Skills Needed:
• Must be people-oriented and have great customer service skills
• Assist handicapped fans with loading/unloading carts, walkers, etc. in and out of your patrol cart
• Problem solving skills
• Adaptability and work under pressure
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Work in a team environment
• ID people who look under the age of 30
• Must be able to stand for up to 30 minutes at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, twist and bend
Best Candidates Include:
• Have your own cart that can transport at least one individual, have head lights and can go at least 20 MPH. Additional space is a plus.
• Retired individuals looking for part time work.
• Individuals who have full time employment and looking for steady side work for extra income throughout the race season.
• Have prior experience patrolling parking areas.
• Enjoys a fun, fast-paced, action-packed environment.
• Reliable transportation
