Mini Wedge Update
A few important updates for Mini Wedge racing at Tri-City Motor Speedway:
All Mini Wedge cars will need to have an emergency flashing light that the safety crew will turn on and off when on the track. The light must be the same style for all cars so the safety crew can quickly turn the light on and off. This light will need to be used at all times when the car is moving from the pit parking spot to the track.
TCMS has the lights in stock for $10 each. The light is secured to the top of the cage with 2 zip ties and takes 3 AAA batteries (not included). CLICK HERE to view light in our online store.Mini Wedge drivers will not be charged to enter the pits when the driver is racing or practicing with the car. Drivers must have a car and be racing/practicing to gain pit access at no charge.
The Mini Wedge rules TCMS posted in February 2018 will be the rules used for the entire season. The class will not be sanctioned in 2018 and there will not be a registration fee for the drivers. All drivers do need to register with TCMS to have their information on file.
