Austin Neely wins the Steel Block Bandits $5000 to win at Wythe Saturday Night
On Father’s Day weekend the Steel Block Bandits $5000 to win $500 to start racing
action did not disappoint! With Steel Block Bandit late model Number 3 Austin Neely, of
New Tazewell, TN, showing dominance and capturing the Win. Neely stated in his
victory speech that he really enjoyed the track, awesome fans & the camaraderie of the
atmosphere! It truly is a family tradition of the locals of Wythe County and surrounding
area.
Other racing feature winners of the Night were: Aschenbach Super Street winner,
Jerry Dillow, qualifying time 20.971. Randy’s Tire Shop Pro Mini winner, Derek Farris,
qualifying time 21.778, UCAR winner, Kayla Surber, qualifying time 23.460. KCAR
winner, Gavin Arnold, qualifying time 23.842. Dirt Late Models Austin Neely, qualifying
time 17.314 and Derick Quade, Mechanicsville, MD, qualifying time 17.357. Wythe Eye
Modifieds feature winner Andrew Durham, Jonesville, NC, qualifying time 19.924.
