Dirts4Racing Street Stocks Return to the World's Fastest Half-Mile
The 2020 Dirt's4Racing Street Stock Championship is revving up as the series makes it return to the World's Fastest Half-Mile at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, FL.
Last time the Street Stocks took the stage at Volusia Speedway Park was back on July 25 for the Summer Sizzle event. 36 Drivers had checked in for that night's festivities and were sure to put on an amazing show. We are in great hopes of repeating that or making it even better!
After a successful event at the 8th Annual Street Stock Nationals at Whynot Motorsports Park, this coming weekend's events may bring in names from all across the southeast as they due battle at VSP. Congratulations David Showers Sr. on your victory.
Not factoring in this summer's events at Whynot, Brian Morgan leads the points chase with Thomas Pratt not far behind. As promoter Candice Kealy mentioned in a previous article from the series' last points race, "Both are past champions, but Thomas Hill and Joe Belkey are still to close for comfort." This shaking up to be one wild season, and it can only get more exciting from here.
