Countdown to the Lowes Foods World of Outlaws World Finals Presented By Bimbo Bakeries and Tom’s Snacks: 8 Days

Concord, NC—October 27, 2010— The Fourth Annual Lowes Foods World of Outlaws World Finals Presented By Bimbo Bakeries and Tom’s Snacks at The Dirt Track at Charlotte in Concord, North Carolina is quickly approaching, November 4-6 for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, along with the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modifieds. In the 15 days leading up to the three-day action packed season ender, World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series drivers will share their thoughts on what has become one of the “Must See” marquee events of the year.

Next up is Danny Lasoski, the 2001 World of Outlaws champion, who has competed in all three of the previous World Finals, scoring three Top-10 finishes in the event. He was third and seventh last season during World Finals and in his career at The Dirt Track at Charlotte has one win to go along with 14 Top-10 finishes. He has competed in 23 or the 24 World of Outlaws races at the track dating back to 2000. Lasoski has won once this season and has 33 Top-10 finishes, as he is solidly in the Top-10 in the series standings.

Danny Lasoski, Driver of the No. 6 Casey’s General Stores JEI:

“I always look forward to the World Finals. That’s a great event. I know a lot of people on the Late Model side and always enjoy getting to catch up with them and see them race. This year with the Big Block Modifieds it will be neat as well. I know some of those guys and don’t get to see them very often so I’m looking forward to that. The event seems to be growing more and more each year, so it should be a great weekend down there.”
