Meet Our Announcer- Rodney Tomlinson!

Rodney Tomlinson is the track announcer at English Creek Speedway. Rodney brings experience and enthusiasm to the microphone. He is a veteran announcer and has covered many events throughout the years that include, football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, stock cars, motocross and Kart racing.

He is often accompanied by his son Cade, who takes his turn behind the mic as well. Rodney first gave Cade the microphone at the ripe old age of 6 and had to fight to get it back. Now at 13, Cade is one of the youngest seasoned announcers around. He enjoys being a part of the action and continues to work on his craft alongside his Dad.
