King Of The Track Set For This Saturday October 16
This weekend is the planned makeup event for the rained-out King Of The Track Weekend back in September. We are hopeful for two dry days to run the event in but should one of the two days show rain we will start time trials an hour early and run two races and the King of the Track bracket all in one day! Only time will tell the weather outlook.
It appears that we are going to get Saturday in and have to cancel Sunday due to rain, so with that, we will start time trials an hour early at 10am and get two passes in before we build the brackets and run them out. Once complete we will then start on day #2 with one qualifying pass then build a bracket. Once day two is complete we will then run the King Of The Track bracket.
Lots of racing is set for Saturday to close out the drag racing season. The grounds are kinda wet at this point so please be mindful when pulling in and pitting to keep the mud to a minimum. Hopefully, we won't see any wet stuff from now till Sunday to get everything to start drying up!
We have a lot of things rolling at the speedway this weekend as Friday & Saturday Night is the opening for the Haunted Woods and drag racing is planned for Saturday, so make plans to head to the speedway for a freaky fun time!
