HMS Update - ASCS Southwest @ TIR
We are on the road towards Tucson, AZ today to compete once again in the Copper State, but this weekend with the wing on top. The Hose Advantage Store ASCS Southwest Series is invading the lightning fast 3/8 mile Tucson International Raceway for the third time this year (not including the ASCS National Opener) and it will be our fourth event of the year there after a pair of 13th place finishes with the National guys and 19th with the World of Outlaws. We are hoping to carry our momentum into this weekend of three consecutive top 5’s; the first being at 81 Speedway a few weeks ago with NCRA and then a pair of them last weekend nonwing with USAC Southwest at Canyon Speedway Park. I feel like we have gotten a pretty good handle on the racecar as of late and we are taking a few more gambles with setup that have paid off. We’ll have an update on our night tomorrow and I’m hoping it’s a good one!
