Hanks Facing Trio of Tracks in Missouri for First Time This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – BURLISON, Tenn. (July 2, 2014) – Brandon Hanks enjoyed a weekend off after the famed Hooker Hood Classic was rained out once again last Saturday.

Now it’s back to action as Hanks will tackle a trio of ASCS Warrior Region tracks in Missouri for the first time this weekend.

The competition begins on Thursday at Double X Speedway in California before an event at Callaway Raceway in Fulton on Friday and a race at Randolph County Raceway in Moberly on Saturday.

“The goal is the same as always,” he said. “I want to make the A Mains and finish in the top 10. I don’t really have a game plan for three tracks I’ve never been to. I don’t even know how big or small they are.”

Hanks is coming off a top 10 during the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour Speedweek finale on June 21.

“We have speed,” he said. “We just need to catch a break. We need a little luck on our side. We have speed and the cars to get to Victory Lane. We need to have the stars line up for us.”
