ALL-STAR MOD MAIN TO PATE

Wisconsin Dells WI-Defending UMA Mod Champion Matt Pate would collect a 2k payday on Assembly Products All Star Shootout. Austin Powers and Dan Howard brought the field to the stripe for their 30 Lap A main feature. The Ice Man Dan Howard would pop out to the early lead and try to get away from the crowd. Caution would fly early bringing out the Five Star Concrete and Excavating lane choice cone into play. Matt Pate and Bill Prietzel would take advantage of the lane choice. Prietzel would out duel Howard on the restart his lead would be short lived as by lap 9 Pate stormed past Prietzel to the top of the board. The battles throughout the field were raging as drivers like Weston Marthaler, Brett Wachowiacz and Justin Okruhlica started climbing through the field. The nights Fast Qualifier Justin Okruhlica (14.286) would have an engine expire shortly after cracking the top 5. The stage was set for a fight to the finish but Matt Pate showed his Championship Pedigree as he drove off to the checkered flag collecting his second feature win of the 2023 season. Pate was followed to the line by Prietzel, Weston Marthaler, Dan Howard and Brett Wachowaicz. The UMA Mods return to action August 5th as part of the Auto Value Parts Stores Night.
