Racing Resumes at Old No. 1 Speedway on Saturday, May 23

Old No. 1 Speedway has received approval to resume racing on Saturday, May 23.

The event will be a Weekly Racing Series program featuring all classes: Crate Late Models, Modifieds, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, Cruisers, and Youth 4-Cylinder.

Pit Gates Open: 4:00 p.m.
General Admission Opens: 5:00 p.m.
Draw Closes: 6:00 p.m.
Hot Laps: 6:30 p.m.
Hot Laps: 7:30 p.m.

General admission will be limited to 33% of the Speedway's normal capacity in order to maintain social distancing. The grandstands will be marked accordingly. Hand sanitizer will also be available at all entrances. Face coverings are highly recommended, but not mandatory.

The United Sprint Car Series (USCS) event scheduled for Sunday, May 24 has been postponed. Details on a possible make-up date will be announced when they are finalized.
