Jackson Motorplex Hosting IMCA Nationals This Friday and Saturday

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (Sept. 24, 2018) – The IMCA Nationals is the final scheduled event of the season at Jackson Motorplex, which welcomes a handful of classes this Friday and Saturday.

IMCA sport compacts, IMCA hobby stocks, IMCA sport mods and IMCA a mods will race both nights during two complete shows. Additionally, the Late Model Street Stock Touring Series will compete on Saturday for its final points event of the season.

If 24 cars sign in for Saturday’s event the payout increases in a given class. The IMCA a mods feature winner will receive $1,000. However, if two dozen or more drivers compete that will double the winner’s share. The IMCA sport mods A Main is $800 to win or $1,200 to win with at least a 24-car field. The IMCA hobby stocks feature is $700 to win or $1,000 to win with the bigger field. The IMCA sport compacts main event pays $300 to win or $500 to win with 24 cars.

Friday’s show will be Fan Appreciation Night and all fans will get in for FREE. On Saturday tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students ages 13-years-old to 18-years-old. Children ages 12-years-old and younger get in free.

Teams, there is a pre-entry fee of $40 if submitted through the Jackson Motorplex website. Otherwise it is $50 at the track.

The pits open at 3 p.m. with the grandstands opening at 5 p.m. each night. Hot laps are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on Friday and at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
