Beckendorf, Larson, Sampson, Boumeester and Erickson Win Bank Midwest IMCA Series Features at Jackson Motorplex

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (June 14, 2022) – Brandon Beckendorf, Jeffrey Larson, Malik Sampson, Jared Boumeester and Jaedon Erickson each captured a feature triumph on Tuesday evening during a Bank Midwest IMCA Series event at Jackson Motorplex.
Beckendorf capped the night’s action by winning the IMCA Modifieds A Main with Matt Bonine earning a runner-up result. Trent Loverude finished third with Don Gerritsen Jr. placing fourth and Dan Menk fifth.
Loverude and Clint Hatlestad were the heat race winners.
Larson swept the night in the IMCA Stock Cars division by capturing both a heat race and the main event. Derek Green hustled from 10th to second place with Colton Arends, Chanse Hollatz and Dylan Fitzpatrick rounding out the top five, respectively.
Hollatz and Arends joined Larson with heat race triumphs.
Sampson advanced from sixth to score the IMCA Hobby Stocks victory. Cory Probst finished second with Drew Barglof ending third, Brandon Nielsen fourth and TJ Tweedt fifth.
Sampson and Barglof each posted a heat race victory.
Boumeester held off eighth-starting Matthew Looft for the IMCA Sport Mods win. Dyllan Ricks was third with Zach Davis maneuvering from 12th to fourth. John Klynsma recorded a fifth-place outing.
The heat races were won by Looft and Jeff Carter.
Erickson was the lone winner in the IMCA Sport Compacts division as he was victorious during the only heat race as well as the A Main. Nate Coopman earned a second-place finish with Logan Kelly placing third, Jerry Coopman fourth and Megan Sandvig fifth.
Next up at Jackson Motorplex are the first two rounds of The Border Battle featuring the Buffalo Wild Wings Northern Outlaw Sprint Association this Friday and Saturday. The opening night is sponsored by Trelleborg and pays $4,000 to win with Saturday’s race presented by Livewire Printing & Altenburg Construction offering $5,000 to win. The Wyffels Hybrids RaceSaver Sprint Car Series (Friday only) and the Mid-American Renegades Sprint Car Series non-wing sprint cars (Saturday only) will also be in action.
Also of note, the Jackson Motorplex Hall of Fame induction begins at noon on Saturday at the Intivity Center at AGCO followed by a social hour in the Beer Garden at Jackson Motorplex starting at 4:30 p.m.
